What you will do
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across the product portfolio for diverse client environments.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve escalated cases.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base for team efficiency.
- Drive process improvements to enhance overall support delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers operating in mission-critical environments.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of technical support or software troubleshooting experience.
- Practical experience in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with SQL databases and basic query writing.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTTP/HTTPS and APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, or financial services technology.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and PCI compliance.
- Understanding of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
