What you will do

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across the product portfolio for diverse client environments.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve escalated cases.
  • Document technical solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base for team efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance overall support delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers operating in mission-critical environments.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of technical support or software troubleshooting experience.
  • Practical experience in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency with SQL databases and basic query writing.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
  • Understanding of web technologies including HTTP/HTTPS and APIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, higher education, or financial services technology.
  • Knowledge of payment processing systems and PCI compliance.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
