What you will do

  • Develop and maintain product strategy in partnership with CPO, business leadership, and General Managers.
  • Define team topology, squad ownership, and quarterly objectives with clear problems and success measures.
  • Serve as primary product voice to business leadership, sales, customer success, and executives; own intake for feature requests.
  • Coach Product Managers on discovery methodology, outcome thinking, and strong PM habits; hold hiring bar for PM/APM roles.
  • Monitor cross-squad dependencies, surface risks, and ensure squads have instrumentation for key results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including time as PM on empowered, discovery-led teams.
  • Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers with ability to coach rather than direct.
  • Track record of defining product strategy, not just executing roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with SVPG Product Operating Model strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS products in institutional, enterprise, campus, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred.
