What you will do

• Design and develop novel cell-free technologies and genomic products.
• Collaborate with laboratory scientists to design experiments and evaluate assay applications.
• Use genomics and statistics to model and improve cell-free assay performance.
• Synthesize large datasets to test biological and technological hypotheses.
• Partner with clinical evidence teams to evaluate assay performance in patient cohorts.
• Publish scientific results and present findings at major conferences.

Requirements

• PhD in bioinformatics, genomics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in cancer genomics and somatic mutational detection.
• Proven experience with cancer liquid biopsy analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical methods applied to genomics.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Track record of publishing and presenting scientific results.
