Salary: $240,000 – $285,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the advanced technology strategy aligned with long-term company vision.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to expand and improve product capabilities.
• Lead strategic planning and influence company-wide technology adoption.
• Collaborate with bioinformatics and operations teams to design experiments and validate procedures.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of scientists.
• Partner with executive leadership to influence company policy and strategy.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a related field, preferably molecular biology.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging senior leadership.
• Expertise in strategic thinking, decision-making, and negotiation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fremont, CA
