What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with company vision and Web3 user needs.
• Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis to identify and validate features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, BD, and security teams to launch secure wallet features.
• Drive user engagement, retention, and growth through innovative DeFi solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, security, and privacy best practices.
• Manage and mentor product team; establish KPIs and iterate based on data insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management leadership, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of Web3, DeFi, self-custody, and blockchain security.
• Strong leadership for managing and scaling product teams.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required for coordinating with overseas partners.
