What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and execution for core modules including Push Notifications, User Segments, User Tags, and Campaign Management.
• Design scalable audience segmentation and tagging capabilities to support flexible targeting across business scenarios.
• Build multi-channel orchestration including push, email, and in-app messaging with frequency control and performance monitoring.
• Develop workflow automation triggered by user behavior, business events, and operational conditions.
• Improve the marketing template platform to provide reusable and configurable templates for business teams.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered capabilities for workflow optimization, content generation, and strategy recommendation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in backend platforms, CRM, or data platforms.
• Strong understanding of MarTech, including audience segmentation, tagging systems, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience designing scalable platform products that serve multiple internal business teams.
• Familiarity with multi-channel messaging systems (push, email, in-app).
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics and driving product iteration.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation, no-code/low-code platforms, or CRM modernization.
• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, e-commerce, or gaming.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, recommendation systems, or AI-assisted product capabilities.
