What you will do

• Lead and manage facilities and end-user computing device (EUCD) contractors to deliver core infrastructure services.
• Implement and oversee infrastructure projects to achieve service availability and capacity targets.
• Ensure operational integrity by enforcing strict compliance with Government IM8 and CCS ICT policies.
• Manage hardware, software, and subscription maintenance contracts to optimize data center performance.
• Coordinate procurement, leasing activities, and tender specifications for IT infrastructure.
• Execute annual Table-Top exercises and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Professional experience in IT operations or data center operations.
• CITPM or PMP certification is required.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Network certification.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCAK, or CCSP.
