What you will do
- Lead and manage facilities and end-user computing device (EUCD) contractors to deliver core infrastructure services.
- Implement and oversee infrastructure projects to achieve service availability and capacity targets.
- Ensure operational integrity by enforcing strict compliance with Government IM8 and CCS ICT policies.
- Manage hardware, software, and subscription maintenance contracts to optimize data center performance.
- Coordinate procurement, leasing activities, and tender specifications for IT infrastructure.
- Execute annual Table-Top exercises and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience in IT operations or data center operations.
- CITPM or PMP certification is required.
- Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- CompTIA Network certification.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCAK, or CCSP.
