TL;DR
Transformation Success Engineer (DevSecOps) (Cybersecurity/AI): Execute customer migrations from legacy security environments to modern Palo Alto Networks platforms with an accent on policy mapping, data retention, API integration, and log ingestion validation. Focus on delivering operational workshops, demonstrating ROI through platform dashboards, and building automated security workflows with Python, REST APIs, and Agentic-AI.
Location: Singapore, Singapore. Only Singaporeans. Most teams work from the office full time.

What you will do
- Execute customer migrations from legacy environments to modern security platforms.
- Own policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log ingestion validation against standard designs.
- Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops covering platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks.
- Lead value realization sessions with technical stakeholders and demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency.
- Support customer transition lifecycles and secure formal project sign-off.
Requirements
- Must be a Singaporean.
- Professional technical experience in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or with competitive migrations.
- Strong background in security automation, CLI scripting, Python, REST APIs, bulk policy configuration, and data modeling.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including technical workshop delivery and executive engagement.
- Experience developing reusable playbooks and technical documentation with a focus on AI and automation.
