TL;DR
DevSecOps Engineer (AI) (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Security): Building and hardening deployment infrastructure for AI/LLM-powered solutions across customer on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments with an accent on vulnerability management, cloud security, and deployment automation. Focus on owning production monitoring and incident response, driving remediation across customer environments, and applying AI tools to reduce operational toil.

What you will do
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for Blueprint-based solutions across customer on-premises, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Build, maintain, and harden infrastructure as code for customer environments, including access, configuration, patching, and cost controls.
- Manage monitoring, on-call support, and incident response for production deployments in customer networks through root-cause resolution.
- Automate deployment workflows while supporting security and compliance requirements such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act.
- Own vulnerability management end to end, including triage, risk prioritization, and remediation coordination with engineering and IT.
- Work with backend engineers on release processes, environment provisioning, and AI-assisted DevSecOps automation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
- Production experience with container orchestration and systems used by external customers.
- Experience writing infrastructure as code with Terraform or similar tools and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with vulnerability management and cloud security hardening using Wiz, Orca, Google CNAPP, or similar tools.
- Comfortable reading and writing English for day-to-day work.
