Location: Bethesda, Maryland. Must be a transitioning active-duty US military member pre-approved for the DoD SkillBridge program.

What you will do

• Facilitate meetings and assist with requirements gathering and management under supervision.
• Track certifications and annual/bi-annual trainings for IOTA staff.
• Maintain SOPs and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
• Generate monthly staffing workbooks and suitability rosters for NHLBI.
• Collaborate on project closure phases and lessons learned documentation.
• Support business development, capture management, and tech solutioning for Nexus Labs.

Requirements

• Active-Duty Military within final 91-120 days of service.
• Pre-approved for the DoD SkillBridge Internship program.
• BS degree in IT, Project Management, or Management/Business Management.
• 1-5 years of experience in IT, health informatics, data management, or business analysis.
• Availability during core hours (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certifications.
• Experience in health informatics.
