What you will do

• Deliver technical support and training on assays and analyzers in customer laboratories.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to promote and implement new systems and assays.
• Conduct customer presentations and demonstrations of analytical solutions.
• Prepare technical responses for tenders and participate in professional exhibitions.
• Manage customer complaints and enquiries using the CALLS management system.
• Perform market mapping and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science.
• Essential experience in the market, preferably in a product specialist or customer support role.
• Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English (verbal and written).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including international trips.
• Must be based in the Barcelona area.
• Strong time management skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
