What you will do

• Design and implement scalable and reliable backend solutions for a mobility platform.
• Conduct technical research and contribute to overall system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in code reviews.
• Own the full lifecycle of backend services, including deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor other engineers and promote best engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the Go and Python ecosystems.
• Solid experience in software system design and architectural understanding.
• Expertise in SQL, including schema design and optimization for high-load systems.
• Experience with event-driven systems and production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency required
