Location: Remote or Hybrid (Riga, Latvia)
Salary: EUR 2,800 - 3,500 gross per month

What you will do
- Define and drive the experimentation roadmap across the merchant journey, including onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Own the merchant activation rate end-to-end, analyzing what moves the metric and sharing learnings across the business.
- Build, execute, and optimize lifecycle flows using Iterable.
- Design and run structured A/B tests to create repeatable growth playbooks.
- Utilize Amplitude and Looker to identify behavioral drop-off points and pitch high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape post-login experiences around key merchant milestones.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth roles within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of building and iterating workflows from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Iterable or Braze.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools like Amplitude and Looker.
- Strong expertise in designing and critically analyzing A/B tests.
- English: Resume must be submitted in English
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript-based personalization languages (e.g., Handlebars).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Experience working with creators, sellers, or print-on-demand platforms.
