What you will do

• Own and grow retail portfolio by identifying opportunities and driving GOV expansion via upselling.
• Partner with retail owners to analyze performance data and co-create growth strategies.
• Leverage analytical dashboards like Looker and Power BI for insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other teams on campaigns and improvements.
• Monitor local market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide tailored service to partners.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and Kazakh; ability to work in English
• 1-3 years proven account management experience in retail, FMCG, or SMB (revenue-focused, upselling).
• Commercial acumen with understanding of P&Ls, revenue drivers, and data-driven strategies.
• Upselling mindset, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with BI tools (Looker, Power BI) and KPIs.
• Marketing knowledge and CRM familiarity; sales or business development track record a plus.
