Senior Product Manager, Identity & User Security

What you will do

• Lead identity and user security products focused on authorization, roles, permissions, approvals, and customer security notifications.
• Set the vision and roadmap for identity, authorization, and notification capabilities across onboarding, daily usage, and account recovery.
• Design secure, simple access and communication journeys that protect accounts from abuse, fraud, and account takeover.
• Coordinate delivery with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Data Science.
• Build scalable, AI-ready platform capabilities, including APIs, services, and reusable components.
• Define the global notification strategy across channels while managing engagement, cost, SMS pumping, and notification fatigue.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including complex cross-functional initiatives for platform, infrastructure, or B2B products at scale.
• Experience shipping customer- or developer-facing capabilities in payments, financial services, SaaS platforms, security, or infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in APIs, services, data pipelines, and observability, with the ability to discuss architecture and trade-offs with engineering.
• Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments, such as fintech, payments, or banking.
• Ability to define metrics, perform self-service analysis using SQL or dashboards, and combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and end-to-end product ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity, access, security platforms, IAM, authentication, authorization, policy engines, or audit and logging.
• Background in fraud prevention, security engineering, risk, account security, abuse prevention, or incident response.
• Experience building APIs, services, SDKs, or shared components used by multiple product teams.
• Knowledge of SMS and email infrastructure, phishing, SMS pumping, and related security mitigations.
• Experience operating at global scale across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
