What you will do

  • Lead core Identity & User Security products, focusing on authorization (roles, permissions) and security notifications.
  • Define the vision and roadmap for identity and notifications to improve onboarding, usage, and account recovery metrics.
  • Design secure and simple access journeys to prevent abuse, fraud, and account takeover.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Compliance to ship scalable, AI-ready platform capabilities.
  • Own the global notification strategy across various channels to drive engagement and trust while controlling risk and costs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience leading complex B2B platform or infrastructure products at scale.
  • Must be based in Singapore or Sydney.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, services, and data pipelines.
  • Experience working in regulated or risk-sensitive environments (fintech, payments, or banking).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to perform self-serve analyses using SQL and dashboards.
  • Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end and leading multi-team initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IAM, authN/authZ, policy engines, or large-scale notification systems.
  • Background in fraud prevention, security engineering, or incident response.
  • Experience building platform capabilities (APIs, SDKs) consumed by multiple product teams.
  • Familiarity with SMS/email infrastructure and abuse vectors like SMS pumping and phishing.
