We are looking for a CRM Email Developer to support the execution of high-performing email communications across multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and optimising email campaigns within our CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery, correct rendering, and scalable personalisation.

📍The position is based in Valencia, Spain (relocation support is provided).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring compatibility across major email clients and devices
- Build and configure email campaigns within CRM platforms, including newsletters, lifecycle flows, and triggered communications
- Implement dynamic content and personalisation logic based on user data and segmentation
- Set up and manage automated email journeys (onboarding, retention, reactivation, promotional flows)
- Test emails across different environments (Gmail, Outlook, mobile devices) and troubleshoot rendering issues
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, and Design teams to translate campaign requirements into technical execution
- Support A/B testing setup and optimisation of email performance
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all outgoing communications
- Work with technical teams on domain setup and basic deliverability improvements (SPF, DKIM, etc.)

Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in email development, CRM execution, or marketing automation within iGaming / gambling industry
- Strong HTML/CSS skills with a focus on email-specific constraints (table-based layouts, inline styles, cross-client compatibility)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or HubSpot
- Experience with dynamic content, personalisation, and segmentation logic
- Understanding of email testing tools and best practices
- Basic knowledge of email deliverability principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At least Upper-intermediate level of English
