What you will do

• Own operational health across production streams, monitoring utilization, profitability, and delivery timelines.
• Build and refine forecasting models to anticipate resource constraints and delivery bottlenecks.
• Define and evolve operational KPIs, including contribution margin and throughput, to implement structural fixes.
• Lead the implementation of new tools and automation layers to increase scalability and simplify workflows.
• Drive performance accountability with Delivery and Project Managers through clear expectations and measurable targets.
• Represent operations in strategic internal forums and client-critical situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, delivery leadership, or production management within complex, multi-team environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager or cross-team performance ownership role.
• Proven ownership of forecasting, planning, and KPI frameworks tied to revenue and margin.
• Experience leading Delivery Managers and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability and structured decision-making under pressure.
• English: Proficiency required (Resume and portfolio must be submitted in English).
