What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies, and application deployment.
• Administer Exchange Online and maintain VMware ESXi virtualized environments.
• Support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Purchase, configure, and deploy new IT hardware and software according to organizational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or Systems Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, and Windows Server.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Basic or moderate networking knowledge.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based IT Service Management.
• Relevant Microsoft or VMware certifications.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
