What you will do

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure efficient operational performance.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
• Manage maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS regulations and industry safety standards.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce environmental impact.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders, asset history, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the automotive industry or similar manufacturing environments.
