What you will do

• Manage production planning from sales orders to master plans to meet customer requirements and internal effectiveness.
• Optimize production capacity, material planning, and quality development for maximum cost, quality, and safety effectiveness.
• Analyze production processes and equipment to identify and implement opportunities for excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery times meet customer requirements.
• Support the preventive maintenance program to optimize resource scheduling.
• Lead and implement new development projects within the workshop.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning and development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, SolidWorks, and ERP programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using statistical tools.
• Fluent in Thai and authorized to work in Thailand without requiring a work permit.
• Good command of English.
