What you will do

• Prepare engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Bentley software.
• Apply fundamental engineering principles and design practices to develop design concepts.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with project-specific codes, standards, and technical requirements.
• Perform self-checks and apply the company quality program to all assigned work.
• Coordinate with engineers and other designers to exchange project information.
• Provide support for field activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Electrical Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience as an Electrical Design Technician.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft/Adobe software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both speaking and writing.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bentley, MicroStation, and Navisworks.
• Experience working on Substation projects.
