What you will do

• Lead process improvement initiatives within data management to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and system performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining data workflows and reducing manual tasks.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to optimize data management systems and tools.
• Implement best practices for data management ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process optimization, or data management.
• Proven track record of managing process optimization projects to improve data quality.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute operational projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to drive the adoption of automation tools to enhance data operations.
• Application must be submitted in English.
• Must be located in Manila.
