• Reimagine user experience moments to optimize acquisition journeys.
• Build original, highly polished interactive tools and resources to attract users.
• Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to implement new site capabilities.
• Utilize, maintain, and extend internal design systems to ensure a high quality bar.
• Integrate the web platform with self-serve authoring and experimentation tools.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of web front-end development experience at a product-driven company.
• Experience writing clear, elegant code within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for engineering solutions focused on growth hacking and enablement.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of design elements such as typography, layout, balance, and proportion.
• Experience building complex interactive tools with state management and data fetching.
• Proficiency with React, specifically regarding animations, performance, and polish.
