What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain test frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure for PlayStation console software development.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with Quality and Development teams to construct creative test strategies for system software.
• Develop telemetry systems and dashboards to enable data-driven technical feature development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in C++, Python, or Javascript, specifically building test frameworks at scale.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in both Linux and Windows-based development environments.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and QA teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with test/build automation on consoles or other embedded systems.
• Familiarity with LLVM or LLVM-based C/C++ compilers.
• Experience developing or testing SDK libraries.
• Working knowledge of Docker-based test environments.
• Machine Learning experience and a background in the game industry.
• Familiarity with the Japanese language.
