What you will do

• Define and maintain the overall quality strategy, including consistent testing frameworks and acceptance criteria.
• Lead structured investigations into hardware failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Establish and maintain supplier performance monitoring and inbound inventory inspection plans.
• Support returns triage and make disposition decisions for hardware.
• Publish recurring quality dashboards and narratives for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in hardware quality, supplier quality, reliability engineering, or manufacturing quality.
• Hands-on experience building test plans, validation protocols, and sampling plans.
• Ability to troubleshoot field hardware, including networking basics and device OS logs.
• Proven track record with CAPA/8D and supplier management (scorecards, audits).
• Strong analytical skills for mining data from RMAs and support tickets.
• English: Fluency required as the working language.
