- Monitor and analyze platform activity to identify emerging patterns tied to biological threats and adjacent CBRNE risks that may require policy updates or enforcement action.
- Design and architect automated enforcement systems and review workflows that scale while maintaining high accuracy.
- Conduct investigations of potential violations, gathering and documenting evidence to support enforcement decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Policy, Threat Intelligence, Data Science, and Engineering to optimize detection approaches and handle time-sensitive escalations.

- Ability to analyze complex, ambiguous situations and make defensible decisions under time pressure.
- Clear written communication and ability to translate technical bio concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Subject matter expertise in biodefense, biosecurity, WMD/CBRNE non-proliferation, or threat intelligence.
- Understanding of real-world biological risk (adversary intent, acquisition/weaponization pathways, dual-use concerns) and familiarity with cross-platform threat analysis and OSINT.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools for insights from large datasets and monitoring enforcement workflow health.
- Familiarity with DURC, select agents, and relevant policy frameworks.
