Location: U.S. locations – remote/hybrid (8 days a month in office for candidates within 50 miles of a hirify.global office).

Salary: $173,500 - $310,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the advancement and application of the clinical reasoning framework across AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate clinical logic into scalable system capabilities.
• Define clinical indices, decision pathways, and evaluation approaches for real-world clinical decision making.
• Develop clinical validation platforms, including test sets, benchmarks, and red teaming protocols.
• Align clinical standards and workflows between AI teams and traditional editorial operations.
• Represent the company through white papers, conference presentations, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• MD strongly preferred (or DO, PharmD, Advanced Practice Provider).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice with depth in patient care and breadth in clinical research, informatics, or publishing.
• Expertise in clinical reasoning, including diagnostic and evidence-based decision making.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and LLMs.
• Valid medical license in at least one U.S. state preferred.
• Excellent technical communication skills for bridging clinical and technical audiences.
