What you will do

• Design and implement mathematical models and game logic defining gameplay and payouts.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets, pay tables, and supporting technical math documentation.
• Develop tools and models to validate game logic and analyze underlying data.
• Collaborate with art, audio, engineering, and design teams to align math with the player experience.
• Play-test games and refine mathematics based on simulations, testing, and player feedback.
• Ensure all math designs meet jurisdictional requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mathematical modeling, game math, or casino game math.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and combinatorics.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and analysis.
• Programming experience in Python (knowledge of C# or C++ is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to work in Las Vegas, NV, US.
