What you will do

• Administer the invoicing approval process, ensuring contract compliance and coordination with project personnel.
• Manage purchase order agreements and revisions within the company's Enterprise Procurement System.
• Prepare contract agreement documents for execution and coordinate technical conformance with Engineering.
• Lead contract and project closeouts, including final payments and resolution of claims.
• Maintain tracking logs for contracts, revisions, and invoices.
• Support the project team with mildly complex procurement post-award activities across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• BA or BS degree in Purchasing, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, database management, and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of contract comprehension and project process management.
