• Develop promotional plans and provocative copy for content campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Research and cite credible sources for white papers, articles, and case studies.
• Translate complex financial concepts into engaging and accessible content for target audiences.
• Manage editorial, subject matter, and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Analyze content performance using data to optimize writing strategies and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, or Communications.
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing within a large financial institution.
• Proven track record of executing digital content strategies across web, email, social, video, and audio.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating legal and compliance reviews in regulated financial services.
• Proficiency with analytics to measure content performance and optimization.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in using artificial intelligence in writing.
