New Hire Hourly Pay Rate: $60/hr. - $65/hr.

What you will do

• Audit and update legacy SOPs to reflect current tools, compliance, and workflows.
• Identify undocumented processes, shadow SMEs, and draft new comprehensive SOPs.
• Re-engineer documentation into structured Markdown formats optimized for RAG and LLM ingestion.
• Implement consistent metadata, tagging, and taxonomies for accurate AI parsing and retrieval.
• Collaborate with Risk Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering on evolving documentation.
• Maintain clarity, brevity, and quality for human analysts and automated systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical writing, preferably FinTech, Risk Operations, or regulated environments
• Understanding of risk monitoring, fraud detection, or transaction disputes
• Familiarity with LLMs and structuring content for AI tools like Chat-with-your-docs
• Proficiency in Markdown, Confluence, Git, or documentation-as-code tools
• Ability to interview SMEs and simplify complex processes
• Attention to detail for high-stakes risk documentation
