What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Career Website (CWS) projects across platforms such as Workday, Paradox, Phenom, and iCIMS.
• Coordinate tasks between creative, development, client service, and partner teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead technical discovery for job feed requirements, search configuration, and data mapping exercises.
• Oversee DNS instructions, domain setup, launches, and troubleshooting.
• Prioritize and manage ongoing CWS maintenance, enhancements, and support requests.
• Drive project alignment by removing blockers and managing scope in a high-productivity environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing website or digital platform projects across multiple stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience managing creative projects in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Strong understanding of job feeds, ATS integrations, and search functionality.
• Working knowledge of DNS, domains, and core web fundamentals.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
