What you will do

• Process customer prototype sales orders and supplier POs for parts, experimental materials, and outside services.
• Manage prototype parts and components inventory in coordination with PMs and Engineering.
• Create shipping documents via FedEx, DHL, and Cargobase and track international shipments.
• Coordinate RFQs with prototype component suppliers, managing timelines, specifications, and quality control documents.
• Act as the primary IT and NPM purchasing contact for the site, including handling on-site equipment repairs.
• Administer the Integra shipping platform database and process customer invoices using SAP.

Requirements

• Associate or BS degree preferred.
• Experience with "Engineering Factory" process flows.
• General understanding of technical drawings, material specifications, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (S4Hana).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company will not provide sponsorship for non-immigrant or immigrant visas.
