• Perform centralized duties for client accounts within the Wealth Management Services group.
• Coordinate with line of business teams, internal processing groups, external custodians, and brokers to ensure account accuracy.
• Proactively identify solutions and resources to complete exception processing.
• Collaborate with management to properly document business processes.
• Serve as a backup role for other operational needs within the business group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
• 1+ years of experience in the security industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be based in Tulsa, OK
