Salary: $300,000 - $365,000 a year

What you will do

• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops for large cross-practice security engagements.
• Lead project teams, manage objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables while presenting to client executives.
• Support business development by scoping engagements, creating proposals, and leading client discovery sessions.
• Maintain expertise in security domains, develop service offerings, and mentor team members.
• Act as engagement lead on customer-facing projects and handle stakeholder management for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Management preferred.
• Previously worked in a leadership or program director role with minimum 15 years consulting experience.
• 3 professional/technical certifications aligned to security services.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, business acumen, problem-solving, and executive presence.
• Comfortable presenting to groups virtually or in-person; strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cyber recovery approaches, isolated environments, and enterprise security architectures.
• Experience as a technology change agent.
