What you will do

• Develop and update Third-Party Resilience industry frameworks and best practices.
• Promote Enterprise Resilience within the organization and monitor adherence to policies, standards, and controls.
• Partner with business units to assess resilience needs and establish safeguard requirements against threats.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resilience concerns across all departments.
• Represent Enterprise Resilience in projects, translating business objectives into governance practices.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in large and complex business environments working with senior management.
• 4-6 years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Legal Regulations, or Third-Party Resilience.
• Unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• 3 or more years in a technology-focused role supporting operations, security, or program management.
• Professional certifications in Information Technology or Disaster Recovery (e.g., DRCS, CBRITP, CBRM, CBCP, A+, or CISSP).
• Professional certifications in public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
