What you will do

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of secure remote access architectures.
  • Drive the migration from Citrix-based environments to RDS solutions.
  • Ensure full alignment with NIS2 cybersecurity requirements and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver compliant access solutions.
  • Produce and maintain detailed architectural designs, technical requirements, and documentation.
  • Support strategic decision-making within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise landscapes.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience at a senior level.
  • Strong expertise in Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
  • Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler remote access solutions.
  • Background in technical planning, scoping, and execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Solid experience in architectural design and technical documentation.
  • Ability to operate effectively within highly regulated and security-sensitive environments.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the energy sector or other critical infrastructure industries.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 or DCIS strategies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in large-scale technical delivery.
