What you will do

• Drive revenue and pipeline growth through GSI-sourced and influenced channels across the Americas.
• Build and execute joint business plans to increase deal velocity and win rates.
• Develop executive-level partnerships with senior leaders in GSI sales, alliances, and AI practices.
• Lead go-to-market execution, including joint campaigns, customer workshops, and industry-led solution plays.
• Manage forecasting with high accuracy and accountability across key performance metrics.
• Enable GSI partners on hirify.global’s Data Resilience platform and Data + AI Trust vision.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, partner sales, or alliances.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Proven success driving revenue through GSI or ecosystem-led sales models.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, cybersecurity, and AI-driven architecture.
• Must be based in the Americas region (Amers).
• Strong executive presence for C-suite engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience working specifically with leading GSIs.
• Background in data protection, AI/ML ecosystems, or cyber resilience.
• Experience building joint solutions for data governance and AI readiness.
