What you will do

• Lead engineering teams and shape the technical direction for internal tools and AI-powered automation.
• Manage a portfolio of systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, R&D, and Finance.
• Balance technical and people leadership, setting standards and enabling team delivery.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to solve organizational challenges.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence with a focus on AI curiosity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with highly available full-stack SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading high-performing teams.
• Experience using modern AI tools and workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to own work end-to-end from design to deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools or platforms for non-technical teams.
• Practical experience with AI patterns like RAG, agentic workflows, and prompt design.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
