What you will do

  • Execute full-lifecycle executive search assignments for senior leaders, C-suite executives, and Board members.
  • Perform detailed market mapping and identify high-potential candidate pipelines within the Financial Services sector.
  • Engage with senior professionals and act as a professional ambassador for the firm.
  • Contribute market intelligence and insights to Consultants and engagement teams.
  • Prepare high-quality client-facing documentation and presentations.
  • Identify potential business development opportunities during the search execution process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in executive search within Financial Services or a closely related sector.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required; knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior-level executives.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.

Nice to have

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
