Salary: PLN 15,000 - 16,600 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of B2B referral initiatives across various markets to increase high-intent signups.
• Configure complex campaign mechanics and reward triggers with high precision and zero-error execution.
• Design and execute A/B experiments on reward structures and referral flows to optimize the B2B conversion funnel.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Legal teams to create accurate in-app communications and ensure T&C compliance.
• Monitor daily performance to identify anomalies, spikes, or abuse signals and mitigate risks.
• Develop transparent Tableau/Looker dashboards to share actionable insights with leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-growth fintech, B2B SaaS, or gaming, focusing on performance analytics or growth operations.
• Strong understanding of referral fundamentals (flows, triggers, user eligibility) and data-led decision making.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Tableau/Looker for performance analysis.
• Ability to analyze funnel performance, identify drops, and implement operational fixes.
• Familiarity with marketing legal constraints, including regional restrictions and T&Cs.
• Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UAE.
