What you will do

• Perform physical inspections to verify and record real estate property descriptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit regular progress reports.
• Act as the primary public-facing representative of the reassessment process.
• Communicate professionally with property owners and the general public.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry equipment (5-10 lbs).
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact with the public.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned work location.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in real estate appraisal.
• Experience as a census worker, mail carrier, or delivery driver.
