What you will do

• Design and implement quality AI behaviors for enemy and friendly creatures.
• Rapidly prototype and stress-test AI systems using Unreal Engine 5 tools and scripting.
• Collaborate with Content Design, Art, and Engineering teams to ensure behavioral needs are met.
• Iterate on features based on player feedback, data, and internal playtests.
• Maintain the overall vision and direction for AI behaviors across the game.
• Establish and maintain high quality and technical standards for all AI content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on live service and metagame features.
• Shipped at least one AAA game in an AI behaviors focused role.
• Experience implementing gameplay systems and AI behaviors using Unreal Engine 5.
• Proven track record of working on AI behaviors specifically for multiplayer games.
• Ability to implement and iterate content using engine tools, scripting, or visual scripting.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-disciplinary teamwork.
