Salary: $164,652 - $230,512 (for WA applicants)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack software to support engine and propulsion systems.
• Implement and manage APIs within a microservices architecture to ensure flawless integration and performance.
• Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using infrastructure as code (IaC) for high availability.
• Lead the complete application lifecycle, from initial requirements and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor junior developers and drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges within existing software systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Typescript, and the React frontend framework.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building and maintaining production applications in a microservices environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum due to export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Manufacturing or Aerospace industries.
• Experience building GenAI solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, or fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with automation test frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Junit.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
