Application Software Engineer (Fullstack/AWS): Develop highly reliable software solutions for spacecraft design, manufacturing, and mission operations with an accent on full-lifecycle feature development from prototypes to production. Salary: $123,000–$160,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design and evolve applications improving spacecraft design, build, and operations across factory floors to mission control.
• Build prototypes to test concepts, validate constraints, and develop them into production features.
• Own full-lifecycle feature development, contribute to software features and bug fixes.
• Partner with engineers and leaders to understand challenges, articulate tradeoffs, and drive customer adoption.
• Mentor team members, foster culture of transparency, empathy, integrity, and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor's in computer science, IT, math, or STEM, or 1-3+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ years full stack development, platform engineering, or API development.
• 1+ years AWS, CI/CD (GH Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI), Git, Docker, Kubernetes (prefer AWS EKS).
• Experience with static typed languages (C#.NET, Go, Java), structured (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake) and unstructured databases (NoSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• REST API or gRPC, software best practices, binary management (JFrog, CodeArtifact), OAuth 2.0/OIDC.

• Infrastructure tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
• Next.js, React, Angular, TypeScript.
• Testing (Cucumber, Cypress).
• Build systems (Make, Gradle, npm, pip), scalable systems knowledge.
