What you will do

• Design, build, and operate high-scale Identity systems using React, TypeScript, and Java/Node.
• Orchestrate AI-first workflows utilizing Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted tools like CodeWhisperer.
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies to replace manual testing and boilerplate generation with automated workflows.
• Own complex features end-to-end, from initial requirements and system design to production monitoring.
• Mentor engineers to scale AI-first best practices and raise overall engineering standards.
• Balance AI-generated outputs with manual oversight to ensure rigorous security and performance standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of fullstack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Java/Node.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and structured interaction with AI tools for software implementation.
• Ability to independently lead and deliver complex features in a production-grade environment.
• Deep experience with testing frameworks and maintaining secure codebases.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and US-specific legal disclosures).

Nice to have

• Experience with identity/auth systems such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, or FIDO.
• Cloud platform experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with SDD or tools like Claude Code and Copilot.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability (Splunk/Grafana), and performance optimization at scale.
