What you will do

• Architect and develop maintainable, performant, and scalable front-end systems using React, Svelte, or Web Components.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust enterprise white-labeling and theming solutions.
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating emerging frameworks and industry best practices to keep the platform cutting-edge.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI Designers, and backend teams to define core product strategy and API integrations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and paired programming to foster a culture of improvement.
• Proactively identify technical gaps and lead the scoping and development of new features.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional front-end development experience in SaaS, enterprise, or high-traffic environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Svelte, and advanced CSS/SASS architectures.
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals optimization, state management (Redux, Context), and responsive design.
• Proven track record of ownership over large-scale epics and responsible management of technical debt.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k and US-specific benefits).

• Experience with email templating and web page theming.
