TL;DR

Senior Frontend Developer (Angular/React): Building Agent and Supervisor experiences for a Contact Center product with an accent on real-time operational experiences and high-density data UI. Location: Must be based in Portugal (Hybrid: Coimbra, with plans for Aveiro and Porto)

What you will do

  • Design and develop scalable, high-quality frontend solutions for Contact Center products.
  • Build responsive user experiences for agents and supervisors, focusing on real-time operational use cases.
  • Drive frontend architecture and engineering best practices across the development team.
  • Optimize application responsiveness and usability for high data density scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape technical solutions.
  • Mentor other engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering quality.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Portugal.
  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in Angular or React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building complex, real-time applications using WebSockets or event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of state management, reusable component design, and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contact Center, customer support, or workflow-heavy environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with frontend observability and monitoring tools.
