TL;DR
Senior Frontend Developer (React): Building and optimizing performant user interfaces for NetSuite-integrated products with an accent on component architecture, state management, and responsive design. Location: Hybrid schedule in Jacksonville, FL. Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B).

What you will do
- Implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces based on design mockups in collaboration with designers.
- Refactor and improve the existing codebase using DRY principles and clear architectural patterns.
- Own the evolution of the UI layer, from component architecture to state management and testing strategies.
- Write well-tested, performant code compatible across various browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and QA to refine requirements and deliver quality features.
- Mentor the team by establishing coding standards and conducting comprehensive code reviews.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of professional front-end development experience in a team environment.
- Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and modern CSS.
- Strong understanding of front-end unit testing and code quality practices.
- Proven ability to architect front-end applications for clarity and maintainability.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
