What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and rollout of an AI orchestration platform to serve as a standardized operating layer across all functional groups.
• Design and operationalize an AI-powered software factory to accelerate sprint planning, code generation, refactoring, and QA processes.
• Utilize AI to streamline solution management by rapidly generating and validating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Transform professional services through automated data migration, AI-assisted project planning, and the creation of reusable implementation assets.
• Drive growth and sales enablement using AI for predictive targeting, segmentation, and scalable campaign content generation.
• Embed AI capabilities into core customer support strategies, including ticket routing, health scoring, and churn risk identification.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology, operations, product, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience selecting and implementing AI platforms or orchestration layers at scale.
• Expertise in building or operating AI-enabled development environments, such as code factory models.
• Strong background in solution or product management using AI to accelerate requirements definition and use case development.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (Eastern time preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, RCM, or enterprise SaaS is highly preferred.
